Refund Policy

Here at German Shepherd Puppy Bliss believe the care of our puppies is very important, we look for healthy happy loving homes for our beautiful puppies, and want our customers to be happy with their new member of their family.

Refund Policy - the basics

You have 3 days from the time you pick up puppy to visit a vet, any genetic defects need to be in writing from your vet. If a puppy becomes ill and dies within the first year and a vet writes up a statement claiming the puppy died from genetic defects. Only from these 2 statements will you receive a refund, the refund being another puppy, NO cash or CREDIT will be given.
